Yes, CFA is known for great service, fast moving lines despite being lengthy, but I can’t even count how many times I have become emotional (literally from big cheesy smiles to happy crying) due to the service I received in a brief interaction of ordering food here. I dont know whats going on today but i ordered a deluxe spicy meal and it was cold and rubbery, so i went back up there they remade my meal and the fries were limp, greasy and gross and the sandwich wasnt hot again it was gross. Now i never have issues with chik fil a, this is really out of the ordinary with them. again im not sure whats going on but i felt i needed to post this in hopes real management will see this. Im going to get a refund, im not wasting more gas to go back up there so they can mess my food up again.
