Every time I visit this location they never seem to have spicy chicken available had to sit in drive thru 25 minutes before someone even came to speaker just for them to tell me its a 20 minute wait on spicy that wasn’t the only time that happened more than twice i drive far just to come there and they fail me every time

I haven't ordered chicken from this particular restaurant for roughly a year since the last experience I had there was awful. The food was inedible and the service was so poor I ended up throwing the entire thing away a few minutes after eating it.I ordered again from them just this morning (via Door Dash) and I'm barely exaggerating when I say what I had this time was lightyears better. The order (3 piece combo with Dr Pepper and an extra coleslaw) came perfectly, with utensils, was on time, everything was great but the chicken and biscuits (the important parts) were delicious. Not too salty, not dry, perfectly cooked, nice and clean, generous portions.I'll be ordering from here again. Keep up the great work.Also: I advise ordering early in the day whenever possible. Most of the complaints are about "dry" meat and no matter where you buy legitimate fried chicken (not tenders, not Chik-fil-A) it's going to be dry late in the day.Furthermore, white meat is absolutely the worst about drying out. Dark meat is ideal unless you're avoiding it for diet reasons (in which case don't buy fried chicken).

Is the drive-through to pick up some food for supper tonight? This is the best Shazam ever been to the food was hot. They were polite. I didn't have to pull around the building to wait on anything. I will definitely be coming back to this location of churches.
The woman taking food wasn't nice. The restaurant tables were not the cleanest. We looked for a clean table. The food was good. I suggest the okra as a side. We both had 2 pieces white meat.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp I used, many handicapped parking spaces
The absolute most incompetent and lazy workers I have ever seen at any fast food place in my life. Jesus christ what is this world coming to? This churches chicken location is the poster child for a country circling the toilet bowl. I am at a loss for words to describe the mental incompacity of the workers here. I feel as if I have lost brain cells strictly from my interaction with this place. Lord help us all.

Starting with the attitude of the lady world there. Makes you feel like she is doing you a favor. Very rude.They out of almost everything. 20 minutes to get spicy chicken and then they serve your food colder than my sweet tea. Most important, they don't have ketchup! Really? And I don't want to mention how dirty and greasy the tables and boots were.
