Ordered pizza from Domino’s I have ordered from for 20 years. I obviously a new manager my order went through after 20 minutes looked at the pizza tracker. It said order canceled. So I called very rude manager said we don’t deliver to Baton Rouge I replied I only live 10 minutes from you not in Baton Rouge. They never called to clarify and wouldn’t listen that I lived near to them.

The best location in the area. Delivery, great! Pick up and staff, great! Ask for Mrs Katie if you are there. She is the glue that holds this location together. Truly an above and over the top employee. Could not ask for better and polite.Kid-friendliness: Ask for Mrs Katie! That is all the great customer service that you can ask for. Very polite and kind. She embodies what keeps customers coming back.
I've always loved Pizza Hut thought their pizza was the best out of the pizza places around denham. I ordered the big pizza box two pizzas, cheese sticks and buffalo boneless chicken. Everything was gross. The boneless chicken wings looked like meatballs the container looked like it was missing over half the order. The cheese sticks were really dry and hard. The pizzas I don't even know how to explain the weird taste they both have. I will never order from them again. Really disappointed. $40 was completely wasted.

I waited over 2 hours for a delivery, and then when my order shown completed? I was told my apartment number wasn't listed so they couldn't complete the order and told me it had to be carry out! What kind of B's is this? I went back and looked at my saved address and my apartment number was listed on there CLEAR AS DAY!! I got a refund immediately. Do not trust food service with that level of idiocy. This is the last time I myself order from this store, and take my advice for it, for someone that has lived here his whole life. This store has screwed me plenty enough times for me to make this my last time.

We had a delivery and when the guy got there he had a bug shield on his truck representing Palestine. His views is his business but when working for Dominos he represents them and their views. So when I see this I assume Dominos must support Hamas and Palestine. I will no longer do business with

No flavor to the pizza, its like it wasnt cooked all the way . The cheese wasnt even melted well.
I’ve never had an experience somewhere that could instantly make me never go back. Until tonight. It took 2 1/2 hours for my order to arrive. At one point, I called the store just to check in. The girl who answered the phone told me the manager was too busy to speak to me, and my order would be there at some point. Then she hung up on me. She did tell me that my food would be kept in a warmer, and then in a heat bag. When it arrived, I watched the boy pick it up straight off the backseat. It was hard and cold. Had the girl not hung up on me I could’ve understood better. It’s the lack of customer service that blew me away. I will never ever ever order from this Domino’s again.

we sat at the drive thru window while 3 people just came up to the window and just looked at us and when I said excuse me ma'am all of them didn't say nothing just looked. there wasn't no "hey we will be with you in a minute" nothing. I felt stupid just sitting there for so long since this is my first time here and I didn't know exactly which window to go to for my order. I left 0 dollars for a tip for the rude service and how long it took for me to just pick up my pizza when I ordered it through online. I will never be back at this location.

Horrible horrible service! I ordered months ago, the order was wrong yet again and tossed at the door. I notified a manager she took my name and info said she would replace the order if I wanted to order again. Two months goes by, I decided to order again. She tells me my name isn’t in the book and she can not replace the order… I’ve spent entirely way too much money ordering from this place to have wrong orders arrive 30 minutes late and thrown at the door and she will not replace one order. Ok Dominoes I am done. Papa johns has better pizza anyways!

I pulled up not knowing what i wanted or even what they had. Like a sad robot i have been aimlessly doing extra most bestest across the street. This was a wake up! The lady was very informative that took my order. She knew what questions to ask to get exactly what i need. Nailed it and it was so good! I forgot what pizza was supposed to taste like!
