“I have been using the Dominos at this port Vincent location for the past 4 months, and I can tell you every time I have ordered I have never once had any problems with the food, service, delivery, or carryout. The servers and delivery workers are very polite, understanding, patient, and on time. The food is always hot and evenly distributed in a manner of speaking on the ingredients and the way the food is made. The drinks are always cold. Prior to moving out this way I had previously had to order from the walker dominos or the denham dominos and it never failed they always had something go wrong whether it be that they had mixed up our orders, or forgot part of our orders or served us many times with burnt pizza crust and little sauce on our pizza to the point it tasted dry and there workers and managers were never helpful when it come to fixing there mistakes but I finally found a dominos store I love.... The workers of the port Vincent store really take their jobs seriously and meet their customers needs with precision, warm hearts, and friendly faces. So I want to thank you guys for all your hard work and efforts. You have really done a world of service feeding me and my family with delicious hot food when times have been hard for us and we had to do without a stove/oven or various other cook ware. So I want to thank you from my home to yours..... Forever in our hearts......“
“The best location in the area. Delivery, great! Pick up and staff, great! Ask for Mrs Katie if you are there. She is the glue that holds this location together. Truly an above and over the top employee. Could not ask for better and polite.Kid-friendliness: Ask for Mrs Katie! That is all the great customer service that you can ask for. Very polite and kind. “Pizza was great although it didn't get eaten for a while. I'm mainly writing this to thank the staff for letting my son work on his truck that broke down in the drive thru window of all places. It totally lost power and being a newer truck it wouldn't even go in neutral to push it out of the drive thru. I know it caused issues with customers coming to pick up their food and the staff handled it great being patient with us. I finally got it fixed up and out of the way for him after about a hour. Thank you guys again for being so friendly even offering to help. We were already frequent customers but you've definitely gained lifelong customers after treating us so well. This was the night crew working 3/21/24 around 7pm. Thank you“
