I should have known better when it appeared as though no one appeared like they would be familiar with working at a hibachi grill. The mushrooms were very dirty and although I would have normally gotten mushrooms I passed. The food had a weird aftertaste from something they used on the grill and it was overly salty. Also when I asked about chilli oil I was offered crab boil or seasoning. I should have ran when that was offered as if it was comparable. Now I'm sitting here with my disappointing meal wanting to throw it but since it wasn't a free meal I'm conflicted. If you like hibachi you won't like this!!!!!

Me and my bf come to this place often and we absolutely love it. The service is usually great however the last time we went it was horrible. We aren’t from the area so we stopped by about 10 minutes before they closed without knowing. (Had we have known we wouldn’t have stopped) The guy who took care of us was extremely rude and started off our order by saying “ Can you cut it short ?” And just rushed us and rolled his eyes his entire time serving us. We understand it was an inconvenient time for us to come in (ofc we tipped), but at the end of the day you’re still on the clock and you still have to serve us until you guys close. In return our food was extremely salty which I think is just childish.

This is a take out type of place. Don’t listen to people who are talking about a lack of seating. It’s not exactly a restaurant. That’s why it has the word express in the name… Anyways, I’ve been here multiple times and the food is always incredible. Never an issue with staff. I’ve gotten the steak and shrimp bowl nearly every time as well as making my own custom bowl and with a little of their yum yum sauce it’s a combination that is absolutely delicious. I will continue coming back here for the foreseeable future. Glad to have this place close by.

Food was good, however, expensive for what you get and the tables against the wall were dirty. I had to wipe them down with paper towels and water before we could sit down to eat. They had no sugar substitutes for our tea. Will probably pass on this spot in the future.

Have eaten there multiple times. Little expensive. However, this visit was terrible. Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl, there was no sauce on meat or veggies. No flavor! the yum-yum and teriyaki sauce that they send with you were watered down and so disappointing. Not sure if we will ever eat there again.
