Normally when I go to this spot I have a very pleasant time. The service is phenomenal and everything else follows suit. This past weekend, I went March 23rd, not realizing it one of their busiest days of the month by myself.When I walked in a was greeted by one of the works. She told me to have a seat at one of the tables to the far right side of the restaurant. Shortly, after sitting there for maybe 5 minutes a lady walks up to me and asks me “Did I seat myself?” My reply to her was “no.” She asked me “Who told you you could sit here.” The I looked around and I did not see the lady who sat in, because she was in the back filling orders. So the lady in turns tells me, “I need to get up and go get on the list because there were people waiting.” I asked her if that was the case why did the young lady just sit me here. Then continued to ask me who sat me there. Again, I do not know! One you all do not give your names nor wear name tags for me to even know who you are. My response to her was “you should be telling me. I don’t work here. As I have described the person to you.” She then walks off and goes to the back and talks to the young lady that sat me at the table. Then come back to tell me I need to get on the waitlist. Even though I had been there before about 2-3 other groups checked in. Which is not exceptional customer service!I join the waitlist and within 2 minutes I get a text message that the table is ready. I walk in the lady tells me where to sit. I get to the table there weren’t any napkins on the table. My waiter, Ben/Benjamin, walks over and takes my order provided me with drinks. Shortly afterwards, my food comes out. I do not have a bucket, I don’t have any napkins, and I don’t have a cracker to open the claw on the snow crab with.I had to stop someone who was waiting another table to get a bucket. Still never received the crackers. I had to ask the front counter whose response to me was, “Oh we don’t have any up here you need to ask your server.” I told her I don’t know where my server is, so the other lady on side of her offered my the plastic set which I gladly appreciated. Again, I still do not have a napkins and I haven’t seen my server since he took my order.Finally, when I got ready to leave I didn’t have a check. I had to ask the ladies at the front counter and proceeded to pay with Apple Pay.I frequent this location passing up locations in Baton Rouge at least once a week and I have never received such terrible service. Whomever reads of the reviews for this location I would like to be contacted about my experience given this is unacceptable. I understand it was peak season for this month, however, it does not excuse the horrible service I received on this particular day. Thank you!
Amazing food, service and overall experience. Brought 7 kids in and was greeted warmly and received stellar service.The kids had fried food and the seasonings were on point! We kept sampling their foods surprising at how good they were.Best hush puppies I’ve ever had!We split a crab/shrimp/potato/sausage boil. Medium heat was perfect and the garlic seasoning was so good. Shrimp were huge!Definitely going back again soon for more.
I've only been here a couple of times and I have enjoyed the food on both occasions. Everything is freshly made and spiced right with an Asian spin on a typically Cajun/Creole cuisine. It's a little pricey, but you get a lot of food for your money. I haven't tried boiled options yet. I'll check it out when I come back again.

(We really prefer the Alexandria location!)Service was GREAT & we only had to wait about 3 minutes for a table on Saturday night. We had a party of 9.Atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The accommodations for a party greater than about 5 are really lacking. Atmosphere is a little more fast food than table service & we felt rushed by that. The single dining room could use a little bit of seclusion!Restrooms really needed attention to detail, stocking, & a good cleaning.Parking: Parking was hard to find & we had to walk from another parking lot altogether. The drive-thru line was long & several vehicles that were waiting for take-out were taking up spots. This was a Saturday night.

A funky seafood place with the best boil I’ve had in years. Don’t be put off by the ‘fast food’ atmosphere this is real seafood. Hide your head Red Lobster this is the new guy on the street. Wear an old shirt and get ready to peel shrimp and crack open a pile of crabs.Parking: Ample parking around the restaurantKid-friendliness: The waiter was super friendly and engaging about the food and the chain.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance no stairs or barriers. Open floor plan.
I've never left a bad review in my life but this place literally the worst service of any restaurant I've ever recieved. I've been here twice and had negative experiences both times. The did isn't worth dealing with the rude people who work there. Save your money.

Omg I've been here for 5 weeks "vacationing" in my home state about to for real go back "home" to NC and this is by far the best seafood experience I've had and I've eaten A LOT of seafood since I've been down!!!!! ????I got 1 lbs of boiled shrimp in a bag that came with sausage, 2 potatoes, and 1 corn for around $23. It was all perfectly seasoned with the fiery crab mild seasoning. This was my 1st time here and I didn't know what to get, the fiery crab seasoning was highly recommended. I could've gone spicier but it was still very delicious! It tasted like a well seasoned but not too spicy garlicy buttery sauce. You can choose your seasoning and the heat level which I loved. My wife also enjoyed her poboy and my friends enjoyed their poboy and boiled crabs. All around delicious! If I could give 10 stars I would! I will be coming back here to eat and recommending to everyone!

Best cajun boil I ever had. To be clear, I'm not from Louisiana, so I don't have tons of experience with the exception of the few places at my hometown.The sauce is just great, the spices are delicious, the service is friendly and attentive. Took less than 5 min to receive the order.
Guy at the cash register looked like he was stressed out. Completely Ignored me walked and away. Which made the other employees think that I had been helped. Had to ask for service after a good while. Almost left but glad I stayed.

Amazing, food was great, cool atmosphere, our server was a nice guy helping and teaching us how to deal with the crab, he was really respecful, informatived and consider.We got beer and lemonade, the flavors were really good, tasty and juicy, Everything was super fast and on pointto, the food amazing. The place is well decorated, iluminated and distributed. Prices are affordable and close to the truck stop! So, you do not have to walk to much.They got souvenirs, and a Mardi gras deco. ( ya olvidé mi francés jjjj)
