“McDonald's breakfast is always good but this last time I asked for a chicken biscuit and was told they don't sell those. So I get to window and ask when they stopped selling chicken biscuits and was promptly told they only sell spicy chicken biscuits. Lol. I thought that was a funny.“
“Dirty restaurant horribly slow and careless employees more focused on placing wrong orders to drive thru people and couldn’t get food places in bags as if it was brain surgery sloppy out together sandwiches and cold fries in bag while waiting for the burgers to be made which took forever to get done and they was smashed flat then placed in cardboard containers you get better service at the Exxon across the street better quality anything anywhere else if it was even a delouse station for prisoners“
“This McDonalds is always out of something...orange juice, frozen drinks, etc. And when will they start offering zero products?Update, 4 months later: they're better with their supply, but very often get orders wrong. We've been given half wrong orders, someone else's orders, kids' meals with no fries, no straws, no napkins, coffee with splenda AND sugar added, coffee with nothing added and no splenda or cream in the bag, confusion when we ask for four bottles of water instead of sodas, etc. It's nearly comical.Also, there is an older, disabled woman that works there. She's always busy and very nice. On a rainy day, with a restaurant full of young people, this elderly disabled person was sent to deliver food to the car of someone who had been told to park and wait for their order. She had no umbrella, no rain jacket. When I asked at the serving window why they were sending this elderly, disabled woman out in the rain like that, I was told that "she's alright" and they all had to do it. This was very disturbing to me.“
“I called, the young lady answered the phone was very nice. I asked if the ice cream machine was working, with excitement in her voice she said it sure it. The young lady that took my order was very nice. I asked if they had cookies instead of her telling me no she said it wouldn’t be a problem to drop some. I’m very pleased with the ladies that work 6/14 night shift 8:44pm“
