If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Entering the building you are immediately overwhelmed with a sour smell. Like a dirty sour mop was used. Women’s bathroom was dirty and did not have soap, so we went to the men’s restroom hoping to find soap….the men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was feces all over the toilet. You would hope it ended there, but upon arrival to the machines there were fruit flies all over them along with sticky yogurt stuck everywhere. I wouldn’t eat here unless you don’t care about sanitation.

The price is .71 per ounce. Although there were many machines, only half of each had a flavor so swirling two flavors wasn't possible. It was a little disappointing from the lack of fun flavors.It's frozen yogurt, though? I can't say much about the fresh toppings but the candy and cookie toppings were alright. As for the froyo, I got the Oreo, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, and pomegranate raspberry sorbet. They tasted fine :)The service was okay, very normal. The tables were clean. I'm not looking closely at how clean everything else is but nothing stood out.

They have let this place go. Spider webs in every corner, spiders/bugs on the tables, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever, Half the lights don’t work, waffle cone machine is broken and service was mid grade. Don’t recommend I can only imagine what the back looks like.

NASTY! Bad fruit, gnat all over fruit, old like it had been out all day. Only 4 yogurts to choice from, bathrooms were disgusting. Store looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. All the while the manager and the workers sat in there on their phone. Had to throw my yogurt away. Asked for a refund very nicely, was given $3 for a $12 order. So sad to see this location in this condition. Will never be back
Went by menchies tonight at 9:45 because my kids really wanted froyo. The whole store was closed and it shows they are supposed to be open till 10pm.

I haven't been to this place for forever, so when I locked eyes on it, I had to go in. I got the cake batter flavor and added chocolate sprinkles and hot fudge to it. It was so nice to regain millions upon millions of memories from here. Although it wasn't the exact one im talking about (the one in Covington that shut down), it was amazing.

Came an hour and half before closing. Half of the flavors of yogurt were out. The trash was overflowing. The bathroom was closed. There was a worker reading on the phone who never moved. Tried the cold brew flavor and it was absolutely awful. It tasted like it wasn't prepared correctly. I can overlook one bad night but the service is usually terrible here.
