I was highly disappointed with the customer service. I called about 20 minutes before closing and asked if it was okay if I came over and was reassured that it was fine so long as I came quickly. I pulled up 10 minutes before closing, and both of the girls working were reluctant to take my order, one girl rolled her eyes multiple times, and when they closed the window, it was very apparent they were animatedly complaining about having to take my order. I bring my kids often for ice cream and snowballs. they have a great menu, super sweet workers and fair prices. my only wish is that they took cards also. all in all, we love this place and highly recommend!!

We always go here for our SnoBalls. We get the most consistent customer service and flavor every time. If you are trying this for the first time, you should get the strawberry doozie. Fresh cut strawberries, cheesecake, cream, and stuff with ice cream in addition to the delicious strawberry flavoring.My only negative I can see is that they are cash only, but I see that at a lot of SnoBalls stands so I’ve come to expect it now and don’t knock them for it.Olivia’s is great...read full review
