They aren’t friendly. We’ve visited this location several times and the employees either have bad attitudes or talking about customers in front of us. The pizza is great and fresh so we keep going back.

Called up there to chec on the order and they haven’t even started cooking it yet then took them 30 more minutes just to get it 5 minutes down the road pizza was cold only 4 pieces of pizza had ma yeh a pineapple on it i this was mot a busy night and it was not late i highly do not recommend trying this pizza place order from Pizza Hut at least it wont take them allmost 2 hours to deliver your pizza.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!! INCLUDING THE MANAGER! When a customer calls to order pizza and the manager answers WHAT!! We are not answering the phones bc we have only 2 people and yell! First of all these people owe me 50.00 in pizza from the last screw up! There is no DM or any association to report this place! Luckily I jave my young daughter with me, if not I would roll up in that place..I have never experienced such horrible business!! Fire the entire staff shut the place down!!
SCAMMERS. did an order on line..,went to pick up my order..,tried to up charge me AGAIN..,their math didn't add up..,and wanted to argue bout it..,i even went home printed out my order and took it to them..,STILL had issues..,NO MORE!!! that sealed it for this pizza lover...,NO MORE PAPA JOHNS!!

The staff was great. They are working hard and were friendly despite being very under staffed. The manager was really nice. A very rude person came in while I was there and the manager handled the incident professionally and de-escalated the situation. Probably the best Papa John's I've been to in a long time

Charged us sixty bucks and when I called 2 hours later claimed they didn't have an order for me. I provided order number and details and worker on phone has a horrible attitude essentially told me to screw off and call the 800 number. I've ordered from this store many times and there's always some kind of bs with them

I am new to Denham Springs. We wanted pizza so we decided to try papa johns. HUGE MISTAKE! We have tried to order three times, baseball rules.. First time I ordered online, it never came to me. Come to find they stated the website was not working. They couldn’t deliver to me at that time they issued a refund. I did not get that for several weeks. HELLO WHEN YOU SLACKING THAT BAD ON FOOD DELIVERY YOU COULD AT LEAST RETURN THE KONEY RIGHT AWAY. Throw that policy out the window make your customer happy. Second order it was ordered on the phone. Order taken by Gabe. Order never showed up, it was stated they use another delivery service and my order was stolen. The 3rd time being tonight. Yet again!!! Order didn’t show! Gabe couldn’t find my order, he was the one that took the order. Again it was blamed on the other delivery service.. Either way this is obviously a constant issue, FIX IT!! When I called back he offered another refund. Not this time I want my dang order use your car and bring it to me!! That was requested 35 minutes ago, still no pizza! Given a horrible horrible rating. I’ll never do business with this location again. Shut it down these people can’t run this place correctly.
