After waiting over an hour for our delivery 4 miles down the road we find out our order was rolled over to door dash..after contacting the DD driver we are told that she is 25 minutes away in another town. When calling pizza hut back I'm told she has to connect me to the store which results in a disconnected number. I drive to the store and complained and was told they would remake it but the only discount they will offer is to remove the delivery fee...for food still not delivered. Love Pizza Hut food but will not return to this location for anything else

Ordered food around 8:00. Only to be told at 9:15 order was canceled. Pizza Hut here on range in Denham Springs has never been consistent or go out their way to make up to customers. I try and try all the time here. And give the benefit of a doubt. But not worth it to someone wanting a pizza and getting cancelled on. Best of luck. I’m no Karen. Just not a fan of trying to support a local business over and over. And nothing changes

I order a med pizza, 6 bone in wings and pizza melt. My order was delivered by door dash, without my wings. Phone was taken off the hook to prevent answering in person to inquire about my order. I tip door dash and still had to get out of my bed and go to the Denham Springs S Range location. Once I arrived at the location I see clearly why my wings were forgotten and pizza was burnt. The atmosphere of the store was so unprofessional as well as the employees except one young lady. Management gets no stars from me. One of the employees stood at the counter and laughed as I was explaining the situation to the helpful young lady. After waiting 45 minutes to remake my order, pizza was burnt and wings wasn’t bone in like I order. All in all I wasn’t looking to be compensate for their mistakes, but to get up out my bed and go to the store and wait that long and still be disappointed with the order. That staff on 10/27/23 night shift will definitely cause a decline in sales. I’ve been a business owner for a many of years.

Was paying for order with cash, driver had no cash for change as bc he's with Doordash. Stated if he didn't have change ,return order. Called restaurant, explained situation, made to feel stupid for wanting to use cash.BOYCOTTING PUZZA HUT!!

The pizza was not hot and fresh.. it was over cooked and the wings was drowning in sauce... I paid for extra cheese didn't get any ... it was horrible

Ordered online Pizza Hut stated my order would be here by 9:10 pm. I call the store more than 5 times from 9:15 til 9:45 pm, no one answers. They are open til 10 pm. It shows on the tracker that it’s on its way but nothing. Last time I ever from Pizza Hut!
Made an order but didn’t get my 2liter. The driver said to just call the store and they would give me a credit. Unfortunately the only line they answer is the one to take orders and when they transfer the call it drops you. If this happens to you don’t take pity on the driver like I did and make them go back for it. I’m now out $4 and still thirsty and frustrated.

Everyone loves Pizza Hut, but this store is always clean, and the service is fast. Ms Brittney and her team greet me with a "hello & a smile" every single time! I've watched her while I'm waiting and see just how much this lady can manage people! She always talks to the employees so respectfully & kind. Best customer service I've ever experienced at a Pizza restaurant!
