The wings had no sauce, the tea was unsweetened, there was grease in the bottom of the wing containers, they forgot my biscuit, and there wasn't any gravy in my mashed potatoes. I realize its Popeyes and you expect a bit of "idgaf" to go with your food, but this is ridiculous.

Now, given this was Easter Sunday 2024 I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt. There were only 3 vehicles ahead of us, and not many people had gone inside to get their food. We waited in line for at least 25 minutes before it was our turn to get our food. Normally, I do not mind waiting in line bc that Normally means we're getting our food hot...but this was just not the case here this day. When I approached the window it did appear to only have 2..possibly 3 people working...1 at counter, 1 in kitchen, and 1 at drive thru. Giving the benefit of the doubt, bless those who did work on this very special day and I am grateful to have had food at all bc there were other small places that were closed in this area!
They are a little slow sometimes, but the chicken is always hot. Hasn't been sitting out for hours.

There’s no rating for them answering their phone but this location NEVER answers the phone. Either the phone number is incorrect or the employees are simply not answering. I called 15 times in a row for an inquiry so I didn’t have to drive so far out only to find out what I wanted was unavailable and they never picked up the phone. So disappointing.

Went Jan 6th at 7pm and an employee was using his cell phone on speaker phone in the dinning area, he went back to work and left his phone on speaker so the entire restaurant could hear the noise. This is very rude to the customers. While waiting on food with about 8 customers ahead of me the employee takes an order on the phone from his friend then gives it to him outside. Then he leaves work, this seems shady.

Weird that the drive in was closed when I stopped by so had to go inside. Inside no air conditioning, was super hot. Long wait for food. I don't think any of this was the fault of the employees who were working there but not a good time. Didn't get my order right either.

Everytime I go to them, I tell them I only want dark meat. I just went there again today and ordered the same thing I always do. They made me wait 20min and it was all white meat. I also used a coupon and they did not redeem it.
