Was doordashing, waited 20 minutes for a simple order because they forgot to check the order in. Once I reminded them it came out within 3 minutes. They’re very fast, but they didn’t think about why we were sitting for so long while so many other cars had come and gone. Something is wrong with their microphones. At one time I heard 2 people ask customers to repeat orders because they can't hear. That was right after we had to repeat our order. So, ya gotta yell. Other than that frustrating detail, it was decent for a Sonic.

The last two times of my visits I've ordered the number 6 chili cheese dog with cheese onions on the side freeze be cold so I asked don't add salt they say they don't do that so when I did bring the order out the freeze is cold and I was on a lunch break didn't have time to let them take it back I did that before and then the hot dog was cold by the time the Fry's came back and I paid a total of $8 for the second time so I wasn't happy but the service was excellent atmosphere...read full review
