The women behind the counter took her time eating her own food, then casually walked over to me she took her sweet time then had a smart mouth on her when I asked to see the meats, which we no longer get to see, when I asked her why not she said it’s not my problem if you eat here or not, so I chose not to, and spent my money at the restaurant across the street where they were friendly and happy to help, forget subway, Dukes is right across the street great Restaurant

I'd say subway has gone down hill. Coupon wouldn't work on main items. You had to order off the small little window of options.Food not what it used to be. Too expensive for what you get.Many other options on the same street with better food and better value.

consistently have issues getting food from this location. i dont know what the deal is with you guys, but every other time i order the store is either closed entirely or somehow out of every item. last time i tried to order you were somehow out of BREAD? at a SUBWAY? and it wasnt even late at night, it was like 12pm. i almost feel bad for the employees at that point. i hope whoever from management reads this and takes it into serious consideration to coordinate your inventory better.

Sunday at 12:45pm I ordered a sandwich here. the 2 girls working here need to get some more training on customer service. they were acting like they don’t want to be there. I asked her to wrap my sandwich separately and she refused to do it and told me its too late and to ask her next time.

Couldn't get what we wanted here bc apparently they do coupons differently than anywhere else??? They gave us limited options bc we had a coupon and treated us disrespectfully the entire time. Didn't have enough meatballs prepared so that we could both get the meatball sub, which was one of the options that they "allow", so my partner had to get something totally different than any of the options that he would get and it basically made the coupon worthless anyway.Won't be stopping here again and we'll be staying the night elsewhere do to how rude a lot of people are here!
This Subway already has a mark against it because it is located in the most obnoxious gas stations I’ve ever been to. Literally will pass up this Subway to go to another one to avoid Pilot at all cost. But today I was like - why not? Well I go in and am told that Subway is closed for 15 minutes for shift change. Is this an actual thing? Obviously am not going to wait 15.. driving to the next Subway.
