Typical fast food style atmosphere. The building was clean and looked nice, the food was good and prepared in an acceptable time. The staff was prompt and friendly so I did enjoy my visit.

We just went through the drive through and ordered 2 burritos and a quesadilla. My burrito was supposed to be steak, guacamole, onions, cheese, Spanish rice, pico, and black beans. I get home and start eating and it's only Spanish rice black beans onions and cheese. Not a single piece of steak in the burrito or any guacamole that we paid extra for. How do you serve that? The lady at the window even read the order back to us... like what?

I got the chicken street tacos... It was like I found one of the really good taco trucks. This is definitely on my list next time I'm traveling through Louisiana.

2nd time ive been there in about 2 or 3 weeks i think and both times the taco meat tasted kinda burnt and old. Meet tasted kinda microwave. also theres a large sign in the drivethru about a 3 taco special but somehow this got past the drive thru worker that has to pass by it everytime he goes into the building to work? He told me the combos come with a drink (they dont). he wanted to charge me about double what the special said on the large sign in going into the drive thru?

Food taste good but for the price the tacos is extremely small. The soft tacos I got was. Spent $16 and was still hungry after lol. Not bad taste. Just small.

I have been looking for a great local burrito spot for a while and decided to give Uno Dos Tacos a try after being recommended by my husband. Unfortunately my initial order was missing an ingredient. I am not usually one to call and complain, but due to the price I decided to at least call and bring it to their attention making it aware that it could have been an issue with my communication due to me ordering at the drive through and being a soft speaker. The customer service provided and the handling of my issue was so kind and professional. I was given a replacement burrito at no charge. The burrito was everything I've been wanting! The tortilla was soft and stuffed without being torn, the meat was tender and flavorful, and the portion was larger than expected. 10/10 customer service and quality, my only complaint is it is a tad pricey for "fast food" but the quality makes it so worth it. Definitely check them out if you're looking for high quality service and food!
We tried their breakfast burritos and you definitely don’t get what you pay for. Burrito is filled with mostly egg and barely any chorizo. With the price I thought it was going to be a little bigger and it was barely the size of my hand. Think the cost of food to what you actually get is a little steep. More than likely we won’t be coming back, I can just get food better else where for a way better cost at this point.

The customer service was nice.The food was disgusting and tasted like it came straight out of the freezer section at Walmart. It lacked seasoning. When the server asked me how the food was, I expressed that I wasn't satisfied with it. She said everything is made fresh, but somebody lying cuz I could've gone to Taco Bell & had better. ?

Tried here for the first time awhile back. Went through the drive through for convenience and it was fairly quick. The customer service was great. My only issue was my order was incorrect and the amount of meat for my tacos were very scarce.
