Would be nice if it was 40 degrees in the restaurant and I didnt see a cook as well as a waitress smoking cigarettes in the parking lot as I walked in. NINE employees along with a fully pregnant (and not super friendly) woman yet still moving at the same speed as when there are 3 employees. You can see a few of them in the picture standing around or sitting at one of the chairs in the restaurant instead of serving customers. My waitress decided to sit down and take a break after bringing me my food so I wasn't brought any refills or ANY service whatsoever. Food was good as usual for a 10 dollar meal.

Asked for bacon, got ham. Employees were all hanging out, sitting down, and cursing while we had our young child with us. Took forever to get their attention to correct food issue. Now we are done eating waiting on the bacon… will never go here again.
Absolutely horrible. After waiting for a table for 40min, we were seated by Hannah. 15min later & after being passed by multiple times with excuses about why we couldn't be served yet...2 other party's were seated & began being being served! I walked over to the waitress HANNAH who was the same waitress that had seated my family & kept making excuses why she was serving people that she had seated after us. More excuses & then a male "manager" walked up who had previously been cooking food. We then left. I won't do business & spend my hard earned money where Im not valued & appreciated. Leadership & Standards for customer service start at the top & this franchise is definitely lacking. Zero Stars, because you didn't even earn the 1 default star.

My husband and I just dined in at about 12:30am 10/30/23and everyone from the cook to the waitresses were outstanding. Food was awesome and came out fast. Everyone was on point. Cook was washing his hands in between orders and wearing gloves at all times.Waitress was attentive . I was highly impressed and left full and happy. We Tipped both, the cook and waitress because both did their thing..Shout out to this overnight crew.

Racist. Not served when I walked in. ALL WHITE STAFF except for one black guy. They purposely ignored me. Also weird that they stood in one place doing nothing. When called out by the black guy 1 finally walked over, but racism isn’t acceptable so I left!Waffle House is supposed to be accepting and good for ALL customers. Maybe it’s this part of the country, but racism is archaic. Catch up.I will contact corporate about my experience. Unacceptable.
