The most disappointed I have ever been in a restaurant. I used to have a 5 star from 2 tears ago. I just changed it to this one. New entitled server in the bar harassed me and acted like he owned the place. The same event that happened two weeks before but I figured I would give him another chance when I saw him this time to see if he acted differently because everyone can have a bad day. Also, I have been a frequent patron of this Zea since it opened and usually frequent at least three times a week. For the past few years, i purchased hundreds of dollars worth of their gift cards at Christmas. When I had to speak to the manager, the mgr. told me that the know it all employee was correct. When I again explained myself, he told me I was not harassed. Before these two run-ins with Mr know-it-all, I never experienced any sort of bad service at this restaurant. With employees like him, I can assure you they won't be busy for long.I then told the manager that this was my last visit to the establishment if he could not cure this simple problem. No attempt was even made.My son and I then went to walk-ons. From this point forward, when I stop at Juban Crossing, it will either be at Walk-On's or Texas Roadhouse. And I'll tell everyone I know to do the same.Vegetarian options: Terrible serviceDietary restrictions: New bartender is rude, self-absorbed, and entitled.

The food and service was phenomenal! Jacob A. was an excellent server. He’s very knowledgeable of ingredients and made great recommendations. He was also very attentive to our needs.

Our server was Madison. She was extremely lacking in the service department. She would disappear for long periods, leave our table piled with dishes (to the point where I had to just start handing them to her), and profusely apologize. There were only three tables total in the building so she can't blame it on being busy.To the food. If you're allergic or have an aversion to certain foods, ask them if it's in the dish as they do not list everything in the dish. The spinach dip was thick layer of coagulated cheese on top of a thick spinach mixture. Very hard to consume with the cold, stale chips that accompanied it.All in all, the service was poor, the food was too expensive to be so inadequate, and I'm not sure I'll ever return. Nothing about this restaurant screamed "come back."

Ordered the coastal shrimp & artichoke salad ?with a grand margaritas?. The food and drink were fresh and delicious!!! The waitress was friendly and quickly brought out my drinks and food.
I've eaten here several times and really enjoy the habanero rotisserie chicken. The salad that I had yesterday was delicious. The pepper jelly vinaigrette is very good.
