I've never seen a McDonald's restaurant that has happy employees or at least employees with positive attitudes. The owners should visit one of the Chick-fil-A restaurants to see the difference in customer service. McDonald's employees tend to mess with your orders one way or another.

I went to this McDonalds location at 11:10 AM and ordered a double quarter pound burger meal. The burger was literally cold to the touch and tasted like the cardboard box it came in. The good news is, the fries were hot.

The customer service at this McDonald’s is beyond God awful. When my mother and I pulled up to order our food, the cashier’s attitude was as stale and rude as ever. It was pretty apparent she despises her job. When we pulled up to the 2nd window for the food, the girl might as well just hurled the bag to us. Not a smile, thank you, nothing. This Destrehan location REQUIRES a visit from corporate, because it has been like this with the poor customer service for quite some time!

People here are always rude, especially at the window the give the food out of. Nastiest attitudes ive seen in a while. This mcdonalds messes up my order everytime i go there when i order on the mobile app. Tonight i ordered a double CHEESEburger basically plain with only cheese and some extra onions and some other things for my family. My burger had NO CHEESE, and onions all over the place, it was like the dumped the entire container of onions on my burger, yes i asked for extra, but definitely not that much. I ordered on the mobile app so i couldnt even get a refund. I spent my last few dollars until i get paid and i couldnt even eat it because it was nasty and dry. If your attitude is so disgusting that you cant even make an EASY burger correctly THAT IS BEING PAID FOR, you need a new job. Yall at this mcdonalds are seriously disappointing, disrespectful, and disgusting. The people at the windows dont even acknowledge you either, like tonight, the little girl with the red hair in the second window didnt even ask what our order was, didnt greet us, nothing, just shoved the bag out of the window without looking and shut it before we could even check the food, and didnt bother to say a word or even look out the window once. Do better, you get paid to do a job, if you cant handle it, shut down or quit. Nobody deserves this.

This McDonald's has become just the worst. What use to be a good place to get a fast meal as turned into a disaster. The place is not clean nor is the food all that good but it sure is expensive and takes forever to get most times. Two meal "deals" for 19 bucks. Come on. The lot is dirty, not well lit and no one there seems to give two hoots about anyone who passes thru getting food. It's just dismal and I doubt I'll be back again.
