Good, solid BBQ! Brisket was great, loaded baked potato salad was awesome, beans were very good! Only let down was the burnt ends were ok. Service was very friendly and helpful. We will go back!!

I ordered the grilled shrimp which was super delicious and season well, no dipping sauce required. The sides were all trash besides the Texas Toast. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor and cheese was crumbly old. The maccoroni pasta soggy and watered down with curds. This Mac and cheese has definitely been recycled for more than 5 days. Worst I had ever had and such a sad thing to sell it in BBQ restaurant. The potato salad was also lacking flavor and watered down. It was stale and old. The greens beans were are terrible. ? I almost threw up the sides as I tasted each. We are all familiar old spoiled food! ? ?Luckily I only spent $40 via door dash. I was able to get rid of a ginger pain with just two buttered toast and 8 medium sized seasoned grilled shrimp.I hope I don’t get food poisoning from the shrimp ?. Keep yall folks updated. Avoid this place and don’t waste your money. I ordered originally based off the online reviews.On top of all this my order took over and hour and half to get to me. Mind you my hotel is less than 4 miles away. Was this the cooks debate on weather to send spoiled food or make of fresh or grab from the freeze pile to thaw and reheat.Terrible just terrible. Would not need this to nobody. Shame on you.

Our son told us about this “new” restaurant in Donaldsonville. Since we were headed that way to support one of his ventures, we planned to have lunch there today. It was the right decision! The food is delicious, service is awesome, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The owners are very inviting and friendly. They shared that the restaurant has been open for about 17 months. They also have a hotel adjacent to the restaurant that they operate. Pay them a visit, you’ll have no regrets!

Racist! I ordered online and paid online! But my receipt wasn't good enough to retrieve my order! After showing my receipt, was told I need to show my drivers license, i could not get my food! I never heard of that before. And they don't have that listed anywhere online. And when I tried to talk to the owner about his policies he got irate really fast started screaming calling me boy, threatning me with police and telling me to get the eff out his establishment! SI I never got my food or my money back! I had to go to the parish to report the owner and found out that he had a bunch of complaints and a bad reputation in town. That's why this place is never packed! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Spend your money where they appreciate your business!
