Spoke with the owner David last Saturday. Let me just tell you that David is the real deal, professional, passionate, and very knowledgeable about his business. I haven't visited any other shrimp businesses in the area. Chauvin's is my first and last. I'm a customer for life. If you don't believe me. Go see it for yourself.Mack
Bought fresh shrimp and they even told me how to cook them Cajun style. When the person serving us realized I didn't have the right spices she made up a care package. It was so good I went back for more jumbo shrimp.

We visited for a tour of the entire shrimp process at David Chauvin’s Seafood today. Kim, David’s wife gave us the tour and she was awesome! Kim is so personable, kind hearted, friendly, and authentic! She explained the process in detail and took us step by step thru the processing plant. Kim thank you so much!
