Huge pot hole on the exit. Drove out when it was raining. Didn't see it and hit it. On the highway 2 minutes and rear tire flat. When triple A arrives unfixable as huge slice along wheel well. Had to be from the pothole, of course. The husband called the Sonic and asked to speak to the manager . The lady asked why, so he told her, and she told him he should have driven around it. He obviously told her it should have been marked and couldn't be seen in bad weather, but great customer service!! Husband has been trying to speak to the so-called manager at Sonic, and when he finally reached her, she hung up on him and now doesn't take his phone calls. Understandable why they only have 1.5 stars on Yelp. If you manage a business like this, you will obviously not have great employees working there or very high standards when the manager has set such a low bar for herself.

Terrible service, they never get your order correct. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them what you want they are going to get it wrong.Really don't understand how they are still in business.I ordered a small coney dog with chili and cheese, the girl asked me if I wanted a 6 inch or a foot long. Then asked does this complete my order and didn't give me a chance to answer. I had to press the little red button again and ask if I could complete my order so she laughed at me. When the order came out it was wrong. The caught an attitude when I ask where my second drink was. Again worse Sonic I have ate at lately.

You cannot call In An order, even if they answer the phone, you have to order online, or drive through, delivery even, but no orders on the phone! This added to my LONG LIST of who I will never shop again.Also did not order this time, totally done with SONIC.

Absolutely LOVE sonic. No matter which location I have visited I have had a great experience. Our order is always correct, the employees are always cheerful & eager to help. Great place to get a quick bite to eat
