When I tried a piece of Boudoin king cake that someone purchased for the office, I definitely had to buy one. I went the next day. I didn’t realize that the order had to be placed a day ahead. I explained that I hadn’t been there before. The young people working the counter were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed that I didn’t know about the pre order process. OMG!!!! I wouldn't know where to start to share how awesome the different foods taste. Let's just sum it up and say that this place has the tastiest foods beyond comparison.I highly recommend you give this place a try, if you haven't already cause you are missing out.

The flavor is there, DELICIOUS! Boudin stuffed chicken is delicious! Boudin balls are VERY GOOD!!!The chicken cracklin was ROLLING!!! Folks here were very quick, line was long but they got me out quickly!!! Tasso is good but a lil to much smoke flavor for my taste, it works really well in BBQ Beans!!!
