Wasn't busy but insisted on me pulling forward so they can cheat the drive thow clock after i told them i preferred not to, sense 90% of the time my order is messed up or missing or they just forget about me. Management gave my money back . Zero stars if i could and do not recommend until they get better focus on customer service and not cheating the clock. Its there for a reason.
If you order their vanilla iced coffee, just know that 80% of the time, they don't add the caramel or even the creamer. I place all my orders online and 8/10 of the coffees I've had this month have been caramel-free and creamer-free. I even go the extra step of customizing it in the app and adding two pumps of caramel. Still no caramel. One time I didn't even get ice. And before I get told that they were busy, no.
