“Called early this week to order breakfast for my shop crew. I letSheila know I'd be there at 7 am to pick up on Friday. Unforeseen circumstances had me needing an additional plate at 615 Friday. Called and spoke to Sheila, explained my situation, "No problem" was the answer. All the plates were ready when I got there and everything was great when we were able to dig in. “I love kolache Kitchen on Airline hwy! it's a family home feeling, all of the staff are so friendly and take time to remember you, I dont know how they do it. The food is delicious! I love everything I've tried, but the chicken tacos are my favorite!I would highly recommend the kolache kitchen on airline hwy to anyone.“
“First time at this location, and i was very please with everything! The first words to my husband after exiting was, " That was so cool, everybody seemed to be in a good mood! " I really enjoyed our visit there. Everything was clean, ( except the highchair could use attention) and the food was as it should be! I didnt catch our waitress' name,but she was tall with a couple of gold teeth! Whoever you are, you rock, my lady!“
“I would like to brag on the one and only Lady Amy Forsit “AJ” Store # 1528 that’s was working the busy morning shift! She was so Pleasant and kind even though she was extremely understaffed and over worked.. Who ever owns this location needs to give her a big promotion she is the only reason that’s this place is operating today.“
“So initially it was a one star but Shayne made it the five stars. She was very kind and had fantastic customer service. I frequent this Waffle House since I live so close and three different times one female server, who wears a puff on her head, in particular has lied about them only doing take out orders. The first two times, i understood since it was like 1 am once on a weekend and once on a weekday. I happily took my food. This time, it was 9pm on a Friday. I had already been waiting during the shift change for at least 10-15 minutes. I asked nicely could we please eat in. I was hungry and it was early and that I’d really appreciate it. Her only response was “no ma’am” with an tone behind it. So as I took my leave since I was just through with her attitude, I ran into a very nice cook and Shayne who both told me that I could in fact eat in and that Shayne would be happy to serve me. And I am so glad that she did. I also found it interesting that five kids who came in after my friend and I, were being served Dine-In by the same rude server who claimed she only did Take-Out. I guess you need to be a part of her “crew” to get respect. Shayne though was Super sweet, a great smile and kind. My great day almost turned sour and she was able to turn it back to a great evening.
