Best summary happened at the end of our visit. A total of 4 tables seated and a full waiting room that can’t get greeted. SLOW service with no one to serve.When we came in, it took about 5 minutes to be greeted although there were only 5 tables seated at the time. We were escorted to our table, which was FILTHY. My wife’s face must have hinted to the greeter to find us another table, because she shifted us. It took a long while for our waitress to come get our drink orders and even longer for our food order.The floors looked like an all-night bar in downtown New Orleans and the bathrooms were comparable to a porta-potty (10/10 would NOT poo here!).Avoid this place and get some fast food instead.

On 3/7/24 my wife and I visited this place we got seated as soon as we got there(a lil before 8PM). Shortly after placing our order, a party of 6 came in and placed their order. Then another party of 4 came in and placed their order also. The party of 6 got their appetizers and then their meal then the party of 4 that came in received their appetizers and meal and then we finally received our appetizers almost a full hour after placing it and after the ones that came in after us got their entire meal. The wings I had were hard, cold, and dried out. I ordered an alcoholic beverage that I never got. When we finally got our meal, I told them to cancel that beverage then they tried to bring it to me anyways.

As a member of the service industry myself I will never come back to this location. It was me and 4 others at my table. From the start we told our waitress how we wanted our checks split to make it easier at the end when we got our checks. My husband never got his drink from the bar. My soda was completely forgotten about. And after repeating my order back to the waitress a few times she still rang it up wrong. Management fixed our checks. And we also ended up having to leave cash to pay because the waitress never came back to our table.

Phenomenal B-Dubs under new management. They completely changed the game and fixed so many things that were wrong with this restaurant before the current management. The place was clean the servers were kind & the bartender was on point and I will absolutely be back to this location! Also a great place to bring the family. Tuesdays are buy one get one half off on wings and Thursdays are buy one get one free wings. Make sure to download the app to get extra benefits and free appetizers.

I've been going to Southern Louisiana for thirty years. Always told everyone that I've never had bad food. Well, now I have. It was 8 pm on a Saturday, and there were maybe 5 tables with customers. That was the first clue. I've been to B Dubs all over the country and have never seen that. Wings were way overcooked and took way too long to get them. Waitress was friendly and the place was clean.

The biggest joke of a restaurant EVER. Have been on two separate occasions. The first time, with a group of 4. When we walked in, we were instantly greeted with “We don’t have any chicken at the moment.” Buffalo WILD WINGS doesn’t have chicken??!! We thought it was weird, but only came for drinks so we didn’t mind. Several other customers showed up after us, did not get the same message we got, and were able to order chicken. When asked why we were told there was no chicken, the server said he had to ask the manager, then never came back to our table???? The second time I went to this location, it was a me and one other person. As soon as we entered, we were told there were no empty seats, as we literally looked at all the empty seats available in the building. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN PLEASE. The employees are horribly rude, they don’t want a job here obviously.

I’m from Ascension parish, I love wings but unfortunately this is the second time we have been here and had to leave. We waited over 20 mins before waiter tells us that they are behind and she’ll be right with us, not true. We will not be coming back to this location period! Highly disappointed, your wings may be delicious but your service is not complimentary!
