“I've come here occasionally and I love the variety of chicken salad. So there was a new Chicken Salad Melt and I chose the Jalapeno Holly. The cheese wasn't melted completely, but it added more flavor to the jalapenos. Mac and cheese is bland. You need to add some and pepper. It will taste better with some seasoning.I don't like butter cream frosting on my sweets. The sugar cookie is still good. Nice treat for the meal. I love the pickle. Nothing amazing about the food other than the service and atmosphere. Lunch is my favorite time to eat here!“
“This location always gets our order correct and stop here every time we pass thru on the way but if i could only recommend one difference with how drinks are served is not to fill cups completely to top with ice. Wings and fries are always fresh!“

“Always a line but it's so worth the wait they have chicken and fried shrimp and let me tell you they hit it right on with the shrimp tackle box for only $7 it's so good so affordable you get a side I always get the fries but my husband loves the red beans Mac n cheese an mashed potatoes with gravy. The mash potatoes are especially good if you dip your biscuits in it ummm so good“

Everything was delicious ?... one thing please bring back the Buffet, we love ❤️ it.We had supper in this place and let me tell you i loved it, the place is clean, the bathrooms clean and the people working there are very nice, polite and friendly. We had to wait for a bit for our food but everything else was ready. The waiting was worth it. The chicken was delicious and the sides and the sandwiches to die for it. We highly recommend this place.“
“I'm writing this review to thank the crew members at this Canes for their kindness and assistance. On the night of 5/20/2023, after a long day of dealing with car trouble, I came through the drive thru to get a good meal after a long day. Just after paying for my food, my car's battery died in drive thru and I had to push it into a parking spot. I went inside to get my food and asked if any of the managers might be able to help jump start my car. Now I wish I could thank the manager by name here, but I don't remember his name. He stopped in the middle of dropping bird into the fryer to come help me with my car and I am extremely grateful for that! After a good 10 to 15 minutes of him helping I was able to safely make it home. As a former Canes crew member myself, I was very impressed by his helpfulness and going above and beyond to help out a stranger. Thank you again and I will definitely be back once my car is in working order.“
“I have never been to their shop, but this is my favorite sausage ever. I don’t buy anything else. I like the mild, the green onion and the hot. Every time I go to Rouses I pick up a pack because that’s the only place I have found it. I wish more stores carried it.“
“I truely love the chicken fingers and Cole slaw. This may seem petty but personally I can’t take the spiciness. Sometimes it’s all good and seasoned and other times you can see the red pepper on the chicken. I like seasoned chicken not so much spicey. I cannot enjoy a meal if I get hot flashes while I’m eating bc of the spiciness.“
“20240330 The young lady at the drive thru tonight was great, polite and nice. The fried chicken was delicious. We have Popeyes back home, but there's something about eating Louisiana fried chicken in Louisiana. Lol I got the fried chicken for one of my pups; the other won't eat it. She ate all 3 pieces! Minus the skin.“
“Went in on a Saturday evening, and the guy behind the counter was nice enough to drop fresh chicken for me. I wasn't expecting it, but I certainly appreciated it. Food was delicious, as always. Service was excellent!! Best fried chicken around!!“
