Overall pretty good. We were seated immediately and had food on the table in about 20 minutes which is great for anyone who likes fast service. The prices are also really good. I was able to get a country fried steak with corn bread and 3 sides for $13. Will definitely be back next time I go to Tanger Outlets.

There was no communication once I arrived and checked in. It took about 10 more minutes for my food to come out. Then the taste of the food was off. Too salty or no seasoning at all. I ordered the chiken pot pie. No seasoning at all. Only good thing about it was that the crust was a bit crispy. If you just worked on communication and seasoning. It would be great. Unless the food is not prepared there and it just arrives like microwave dinners and yall just pop it in the microwave then it makes sense. But of you all cook it from scratch there. Might need a new chef.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp.

Me and my mom came in to eat and after we were seated we were “greeted” by April our waiter. from the start she was very rude saying”WHAT DO YALL WANT TO DRINK” in the most rude voice. then after she came back to take our order, or at this point her herself was trying to choose what we were eating as she was saying.” yall should really get the french toast it’s fast so yall can get out of here faster.” It was as if she didn’t want us there even though we never met this woman in our lives. I then gave her my order and the whole time she was huffing and puffing like a raging bull, once it was mothers turn she was giving her the death stare the whole time and was so impatient. After we gave her our order she stormed off. Our food was then given to us by a different waiter but it was still missing our biscuits and gravy , grits, and the butter we asked for. We knew it could’ve just been a simple mistake but once April came back over she was very rude and all my mother got to tell her was we didn’t get the butter and once my mother tried to tell April about the biscuits April stormed off again like a oversized two year old with anger issues. Once she came back with 1 pack of butter my Mom asked to speak the manager and April immediately grabbed my moms shoulder and said “ oh no no no what’s wrong my love and was staring into her soul” and when my mother told her how she wasn’t acting professionally she said “no it’s just my GM didn’t let me stay home today”. I get that your GM didn’t let you stay home but you don’t take it out on your customers. But April i hope you learn how to treat customers better and have a better day. we won’t be back.

Had breakfast there today. Our waitress, April was the worst. She said her friend died Monday and she’s “Not doing well.” She appeared angry, slamming the coffee and plates on the table. Never came back to refill anything. At least then food was good. I have no desire to go back. There are better places with better service.

The service was top notch. Our waiter Arthur J. was one of the best servers I've had the pleasure of meeting. On top of everything never ran out of drinks and made sure we had the best experience.

Brydon who was our waiter was very professional and he came to check on us and he brought me another glass of tea. The food was delicious but I noticed that my plate had a small portion at this location in Gonzales, Louisiana as compared to the other Cracker Barrel in Baton Rouge which we received a slightly larger portion on our plate. We usually drive to the Baton Rouge’s location but we decided to dine at the Gonzales Location. I would have rated five because of the small portion. We ordered the meatloaf with two sides of mac/cheese. I would have preferred if the meatloaf was a little hot but it was warm but the mac/cheese was hot. I love the sweet tea,. Overall, the dining experience was amazing!

Ordered the southern fried chicken with carrots and macaroni at the same time I ordered my drink the waitress took a couple minutes and brought me my biscuits and drink I put butter on my biscuits and before I could put my knife down my entree came out I replied that was fast then I found out why it was clearly microwaved just long enough for the carrots to be good and hot, the fried chicken tasted hours old I was hoping from that day at least, but they didn't heat the macaroni it was room temperature I should've just ordered my favorite thing then it would've been worth the money

We love Cracker Barrel. This time we went for Easter lunch, and as always, the food was delicious. The servers were wonderful. The entire staff from the manager down, we’re amazing. I have been a long time customer of Cracker Barrel, many many years.Parking: I have to have handicap parking, so if there’s not any handicap available, my daughter always lets me off at the door and she goes and parks my car

We went there for Easter lunch, I signed in on the wait list and glad I did, the wait was about 25 minutes. The waiter was very nice and did not have to wait long for the food to arrive. Food was very tasty!
