It's 6:00pm in the afternoon and this place is completely empty, now I understand why it is. The food is terrible, I ordered the smallest meat burrito and it cost me $22 with some extras with the drink, if you look at in the photo on the left, before there was a different type of spicy lemon onion etc and now that doesn't exist, through COVID, many restaurants have lost quality and this one has completely lost it 100%.

Mr will was great worker , he made my food phenomenally , the manager on duty today (11/29/2023) was very rude to mr will while he was assisting me and my co workers , mr will was explaining things to us and the manager basically belittled mr will in front of a couple of customers which i find is very rude, if u see a worker doing something wrong atleast tell them in private not infront of the whole store.

Walked in around 7 pm 11/12/23 some guy rubbing his nose fixing food with no gloves another girls fixing an online order. Two girls one with glasses in the back seen us standing waiting to order but kept playing/looking on their phone’s like they just didn’t look at my wife me and 2 kids stood with no one in line but us for 5 mins observing all of the above then. Left and went to different place.Not sure I’ll be back to this location for awhile now. It used to be very good (employee and hygiene wise)

Clean but not over inviting atmosphere. It's a chain restaurant. Servers were kind but not enthusiastic or rude. Food was good. But the queso was not enought for the chips to dip.

Terrible. I hate to even write this because I love this place but I have come multiple times around 8pm and they close at 9pm.If you come after 8pm they literally rush through everything. They throw your food together and offer no help. You can tell the workers only care about closing down. If you close at 9pm you should get good service till 9pm.

Went here to pick up a DoorDash mind you the whole point is to go in and out and the man at the register had an attitude. I don’t know why he expected me to get in the back of the line and wait for people to finish making their burritos etc when the order was right behind him bagged up. The new staff here have attitudes I miss when the high schoolers worked here.
So, I’ve eaten at just about every izzos in the area from Baton Rouge to Gonzales and this is got to be by far the worst! I’m not basing my opinion off of one experience, but several. They’re hardly ever prepared and always out of main ingredients. Izzos itself is a great restaurant but I’d definitely skip this one and go to the nearest one to you.

Ordered tacos for lunch today, was in a hurry to get back to work so I didn't check them before I left. Got back to work and the tacos were missing half the items I asked for. They were literally only meat and corn tacos when I asked for cheese, lettuce, and onions also.
