Went to drive thru on 03/9/2024 at 1:40 a.m. asked for a large Dr.Pepper, told them that's supposed to be a Dr.Pepper they ignored the fact of what we asked for and Made it Large Coke lady at the window handed me multiple drinks didn't say what was what didn't offer a receipt or anything told me pull around front and brought the food out we even said thank you and they just seem like they have a " idgaf attitude "

I hate Jack the food just taste real artificial the meat doesn’t taste like any real meat I’ve consumed in all my years eating meat. And the service is terrible staff is always short. I’m guessing due to the lack of business.

Decent food, bad service. The drive through speaker was so low, it was almost impossible to hear the cashier working the window. Order was slightly incorrect. Lazy work ethic from staff. Won't be stopping by this location ever again.

We went inside and waited at the cash register for 12 min. Nobody would take our order or even talk to us. Several members of the staff stared at us but would not interact. It was a very poor experience. We left.
