Horrible service! I went today April 3, 2024 at 12:30pm I ordered a Grilled Teriyaki bowl. And whoever was in the drive thru taking orders was so rude! I ordered my order and she said something which I didn’t hear her. So I asked her “I’m sorry did you say you were out” I had to ask her 3 times because she wouldn’t respond. She then proceeded to say “ I already told you we were out, why would you ask a question if I already said we don’t have it.” I said I’m sorry but I asked because I didn’t hear you she then proceeded to say again “well why would you ask if I already told you we were out” I left it like that because I was not going to go back and forth with her. Now idk if she was having a bad day or what but that is not how one should be talked to in customer service. I’ve worked customer service most of my life and I would never speak to someone like that. Will never be going back to this location!

It had been a while since I'd had Jack in the Box, so I decided to stop in, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered a cheeseburger and curly fries. Both were delicious. My niece ordered two chicken wraps and curly fries. She devoured them, saying how delicious everything was. The restaurant was clean, the staff was nice, and we had a great experience. I even grabbed my husband some tacos to go!

Went very early on Sunday AM and the girl was VERY nice. Great and consistent smile on her face. It makes a ho-hum fast food place so much better when the staff smiles and treat customers kindly.She deserves a raise at least a bonus or kudos. Made my day.

Let me start this review off by saying whomever own/run this restaurant seriously need to hire more employees. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and their were only 2 staff members. And those 2 employees worked their tails off. The gentleman that was taking orders was so professional and so kind. No matter how busy he was, he thanked every car in line for their wait and being patient. My food was ABSOLUTELY delicious, fresh and made with love and care. Next time I'm in this little town, I will definitely visit again. The dining area was clean and organized. Nothing was out of place. I only saw 1 fry on the floor. Garbage cans wasn't overflowing no smelling or anything. Clean and a joy to sit and eat.

Place is absolutely dirty even the front door. Stood at the counter 10 minutes no one even looked at us. When they finally did it was like we were criminals. Store #6321. Way to go Jackson in the Box.

Waited abt 10 min before acknowledged at drive thru, then when we got to window I waited prob another 15 min. I think the lady was working by herself.. so I felt bad for being inpatient, but then when I finally received my food and saw that it was nothing close to what I ordered?? Just a plain cheese burger with mayonnaise for 15 bucks? No thanks

I'm not going to lie, where I'm from we don't have these stores. I only eat here occasionally because other stores aren't open. I think they prices are kind of high and I do not understand their menu. Once every other month I want to snack so I'll come here. It isn't good. It isn't bad. But I wouldn't eat here if we had more options because this isn't really for me. I like to stay near places with affordable drinks. Like how you can get a large $1 drink from most gas stations as a fountain drink as well as a few fast food restaurants. They make you wait for your food by pulling around so this isn't fast by any means. It deserves the 3 stars. Not good. Not bad. My only option at certain times when I'm hungry. I
