My first time here. The catfish looked delicious, but I had the chicken fried steak, which WAS delicious. The desserts also looked delicious, but I had to stay away from those :( Overall, a very enjoyable lunch.

Piccadilly is the only place open in my area on New Year’s Day that has cooked black eyed peas and cabbage every year. It’s cafeteria food. Nothing fancy, but got the job done I guess.

My experience has been that food was ordered. The message from Picadilly's was, "Did you have a safe delivery? There wz NO delivery and ? taken. What kind of mess is that. Has any1 else have this problem? This is called stealing!

The server constantly cross contaminated the utensils and the manager didn’t understand either. I’m allergic to fish and she tried serving me liver and onions with the fish tongs then thought I said fish and used the same after now having fish and liver and onions on the tongs already. Bad allergic reaction ready to happen. To my surprise manager didn’t get it either. This could have been crucial for my allergies. God help whoever went behind me and was allergic to either fish, liver, onions and whatever else was in her reach. Oh and when I asked for liver from kitchen she told me that one had just come out of back. I tried contacting the store to really explain my concern but no one responded. I love Picadilly but I will stick to Metairie restaurant. Also we had to fight the flies that day.

This food was awesome! Will definitely be back, ladies working were super nice attentive.

The food was okay especially the carrot soufflé. Tammy provided excellent service. However, the restroom was horrible! Need to hire a better cleaner! Even the lavatory was filthy!

Not too crowded, staff is so enthusiastic about pleasing the customers and giving them the finest choices of entrees and sides, lots of salad and dessert choices ?. Waitress was a little much, I didn't feel like I needed to be "checked" on so many times, but all in it is a wonderful place!

Went in for a late lunch. Had to fight a fly while in line for food. I tried to wait my turn but it would not stop interfering with my order, I put a stop to its complaining. We noticed the prices have also risen since our last visit.
