Sometimes the food isn't hot, its warm. The take-out line moves very fast. Also the inside moves quick. Overall good experience. Great place to eat. I love the sauce!! I can dip everything in it!!Parking: You can pull up anywhere. Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp right by the front door.
Caleb that was working the first window on Sunday, Feb 4th was a sweet kid. He was patient with me while I was having bank issues during a lunch rush. He definitely deserves a bit of praise & appreciation for that!! Food was hot & fresh as always.

Canes never leaves me upset. I always leave happy and full when I have canes chicken fingers. Get your toast BOBed it’s the best way. Always get an extra sauce.Kid-friendliness: Always easy with kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramos available
My past two trips I've had missing items and I've had to get out the car, get my baby out the car and go in and get retrieve the items This visit the girl tried to argue with me that the kids meal did not come with a sauce it's already not in the kids meal bag. They just put it in a white container with some fries because they're out of bags and they're out of prizes for the kids now. She tried to tell me that the sauce never comes with the kids meal which it does. I took a picture of the menu to show her ridiculous. They charge you for extra sauces but they never give it to you

I usually go to the Prairieville location but tonight I decided to try this one and that was a big mistake. The customer service is horrible, food didn’t taste fresh at all and it was bland. How small the tenders were and little fries they gave, you would’ve thought I ordered a kids meal. Drink cup was barely filled and tasted like it was out as well as sitting out. This is by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the franchise as a whole. I love to try new places but now I know to stick to what I know which is the Prairieville location. It was so bad y’all I couldn’t even eat my food, what you see in this photo is what was thrown in the garbage. I thought their food would be really good being that it’s always so busy here but now I have no clue why that is the case.

There was one Raising Cane's in Austin, Texas. When I moved here, they were everywhere, since the chain started at the location by the gates to LSU. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their rewards program isn't really up and running.
Amazing

Quick and easy meal. This location is primarily ran by high schoolers so the service can be spotty. Other than that, it’s your normal Canes food.
