Tried their new location (across from the old location in the cafe los olivos building) on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty quiet, service was good, great bang for your buck. We got 3 piece fish 3 piece chicken combo with hush puppies and red beans and rice for $12. The fry was crispy but lacked a bit of seasoning especially on the chicken.

The food was delicious! The shrimp were very nicely sized. For those of you with sensitive stomachs looking for a restaurant that doesn't dump black pepper on everything, eat here! Staff was friendly and polite too

Standard offerings of fried shrimp, fish, and oysters. The quantity and quality is anything but standard. Huge slabs of fish, a bunch of hush puppies in each order. Extra crispy fried oysters. Good shrimp. All with very good flavor. Also available grilled and on po-boys. Counter service is acceptable, although slow (cashier might get confused easily, and may have to check with the kitchen to see if they have what you want). Dining room is tiny, but drive-thru is an option. Call ahead or be prepared to wait (20 minutes or more). Come for the food. It makes up for any other short comings.

Only good thing there is the fried whole catfish. They place you on hold ten minutes just to call in an order. Don't order the fried chicken wings, taste like cinnamon to me!
It is ssssoooo good!!! You will regret going there to eat! I had fried pickles... Delicious! The next day I added those pickles to a salad, OMG! Delicious!!!
