This location used to be one of the better places, but they have really gotten worse in service. The employees attitudes towards customers and the quality of the food itself is really bad. How does subway offer fresh ingredients but not have them avaliable? Out of lettuce? Tomatoes? Those are some of your most important things that customers want, and to ask them to compromise and buy anyway? That’s just unacceptable. This location needs to be closed, or employees retrained on how to treat customers. Totally unacceptable. I’ll eat Chinese food in the establishment next door. At least they have their service together.

No complaints. Great Subway. It's clean. People are nice. Food is good. Usually go in for lunch when I have a long break at work and am able to get away. Usually in and out in a half hour if I eat there. There's never a wait even if there's a few people ahead of me when I'm in line. Always amazed at how friendly people are in this area. I live in Baton Rouge and the fast food workers over there get no costumer service training. They just look at guy with a blank look on their faces. It's not just at this Subway but everywhere I go near here, I'm always greeted with a smile. It's so refreshing.
