The drive thru is not up to par. Everytime I come here I am asked to wait up ahead for 10-20 min. I'm assuming it's so the system that manages thier time does not show just how long its taking them to provide the food. If they could fix this, I would come here more often
When I arrived there, the staff were tending to the drive thru orders. The cashier noticed me and said she would be with me shortly. Then the manager saw me and said as soon as she took the food out to a customer parked she would take my order. The cashier ended up taking my order. There were no other customers in the lobby besides me and they tended to me with speed and courtesy. They cooked my food fresh and they were very polite.
