if we could put -Stars. I would give a negative 6 stars. This Taco Bell is the worst around . They are always out of menu items. They are always outside until someone pulls up. They are GUARANTEED to mess up your order and then get rude with you for asking about it. They rude and ugly attitudes. I haven't met one nice one yet. I will drive to the next town versus this one 4 mins from my house. This location should have shut down years ago. Taco Bell doesn't want to acknowledge it but it's sad.

no one greeted us when we entered. they were out of Mountain Dew and didn't offer a refund on the drink. the men's restroom was out of soap. no one said goodbye or thank you for stopping in when we left (we walked right past the manager when we left).

I pull up at 10:41 PM on Thursday, October 19. The app and google say they close at 11 and I wait at the speaker box for 7 mins and no response. I drive around to the window and a guy is just staring at me leaning against the front counter. I pull around again to the speaker box to try again. I say “Hello?” and still no response. I then drive back around and he’s still leaning against the counter, obviously waiting for it to hit 11 and refuses to take my order. I drove off and watched the worker inside stare through the window.I understand that it’s frustrating whenever people come 20 minutes before you close but don’t say you close at 11 if your workers will refuse your service. And what really pisses me off is that I was just going through to get a baja blast freeze and I could see the machine on and working.

Stopped after work to grab something for dinner. The drive thru person was friendly, fast and gave me the time to decide what I wanted without rushing me. Very enjoyable experience.

This site runs out of product, A LOT! They didn't have sauce one time, no sour cream another time, no potatoes another time, no chicken another time, no steak another time, and finally no large drink cups. I only eat there because the staff is really cool, but mostly because it's close to my work and cheap. I've been disappointed many times, honestly. It's the staff that makes that place to be functional, because they are great workers, but they need to keep their product in stock
