Went in around 12:30 for lunch never was greeted by cashier he was very rude never asked if I wanted a different side instead he puts in for curly fries then never asked my name so when I get my receipt it says grey for my name as I'm wearing a gray shirt never even spoke a single word to me while I ordered

I ordered 4 piece chicken strip. 2 were so hard I couldn’t even bite in to them and my Mac and cheese bites dripped of grease like they had been sitting in a cold fryer to long and then dipped back in hot grease.

If you are planning getting something to eat from this place Between 10:30 PM and 11 PM don’t do it they’ll close to switch register and they’ll take over a hour before they take your order. I don’t understand why not just have a register ready to swap it out that will be the smart play to do I guess management is not that smart.

Nice people but a little rough on the food. My half pound beef and cheddar was just not quite hot enough. The roast beef could have been a little better as well. Not a bad experience for Arby's but not a stellar one.Parking: It's a Love's Arby's, so there's definitely plenty of parking anytime.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love it I imagine.

I told the lady I didn’t want to donate and she insisted on adding a donation anyway. They were out of many of their drinks and they got my food order wrong and it’s burnt. hate dealing with this place.

Service was surprisingly fast and the customer service was good as well. Restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. I usually don't stop at this location because it can be a nightmare getting in and out but this day the traffic was surprisingly light.

This is the ONLY Arbys that I have visited that is filthy, flies everywhere,lackluster service, employees sitting around at tables talking when the tables are filthy. This is the second time I've been here and there WILL NOT be a third experience. Turkey sandwich must have been made ahead of time and refrigerated. It was cold and bread was so hard. Fries barely warm. My husbands sandwich was hard and dry and tough. No lids for cups. And again, it was FILTHY.
