This truck stop has a lot of parking which is great. It is also well stocked and the employees are very friendly. But the restroom was a complete nightmare to say the least. GROSS!!! The restroom had toilet paper left everywhere and for some reason there was water all over the floor in puddles. This was in each of the stalls. Just from the look of the restroom I wouldn't dare use the showers! Next truck stop it is for me . I'm somewhat curious about the Dennys attached but I think I'll pass. I would've given it 3 stars maybe even 4 but that bathroom was terrible. Parking lot well kept and is also well lit. But in all honesty I should have went to the TA around the corner.

Showers were horrible. Shower kept going hot and cold in matter of moment. Staff not courteous. Exposed wiring from ceiling. Holes in shower area on the wall where towel hangers were. Piping in sink moving and shrilling from bad plumbing. This was worst shower ever. The shower stall was very small. This could be not a bad experience if the area is nice. This was not nice or maintained. This was sad and pathetic. Depressing even. This made the whole experience even worse for me. I started noticing the nasty film on the pizza sneeze guard. The horrible hospitality of the cashier. The lack of service from the cleaning staff. The dirtiness of the parking lot. A great looking shower and functioning shower area could have probably made me miss all of this. Instead this will be a travel center I encourage others to stop at but not support the business. It seems this particular location does little to support its patrons.

This is the 3rd time over the past few years that we have been unable to get propane for our RV because no one on the clock was trained to service it. It was only after a long wait after ringing the bell that I went in to see what the holdup was that we were advised of the incapability.
Then the RV fuel pump didn't allow you to swipe the card. We moved to a different pump...the card worked, but apparently the filters were pretty clogged because it took an unreasonably long time to refuel.
The clerk was unfazed and unapologetic as if it was all just normal.

Seems like a large enough, stocked enough, close to the highway enough, and importantly, cheap enough rest stop for anyone driving the LA-TX border.

Have been getting gas for 3 years in our fifth wheel camper on the pumps to side, card reader has never worked...always have to go in store to "pre-pay" They won't allow you to fill up with a card you have to pay specific $$ amount so guessing at it.

not the greatest Flying J but it is what it is for the Shreveport area..who's working treated like a hood about normal take a look at the Petro down the road it's so crappy that they closed it at night the iron skillet something they never used to do..but I'm hungry constructions been stupid going to go to Denny's and have a bite to eat showers are touch-and-go here nothing great TV room not that great.. lot of riffraff and derilicts like to hang around here when Loves kicks them out they seem to migrate over here..usually it's just most of the time when I come through just fuel grab a soda but every now and then I'll eat at the Denny's I haven't gotten sick the food quality just ain't fantastic but it is what it is

Verge was a great cashier, pleasant, had manners and a smile. Has enough authority with customers, is pleasant but firm. Very nice man. They had someone cleaning up the coffee area & flor this morning. Also pleasant & had manners, as well as a happy attitude. Enjoyed the brief interchange. The lady, who helped me with reserve parking last night & a purchase was pleasant & went out of her way to be helpful. Have me details, when needed & smiled. Overall he restrooms were pretty clean, but small. The store itself was generally well kept. The parking lot is maintained, some trash overflow, but also very windy today. Fuel islands clean. 9/19/2018 Today's visit showed a grimy, unkept place. Restrooms not well cleaned & supplies lacking. The fuel isle in need of repair...

Do not stop here. Employees are rude to customers and they overcharge for items. I haven't seen a manager in this place. They really need new staff if your going to do any good business!

Glad the parking spot I paid for was overbooked, and now I'm parked in the car parking lot of your location. Keep in mind this location has 4 reserved parking spots. Then cashier can't understand why I'd be upset. Yes I was offered a refund, and the parking spot upfront. I want this to not be an issue at 10:30 pm at night. Driver not feeling at all appreciated!
Great stop! Friendly staff. Good food--meatloaf is to die for. Clean bathrooms & store. Best showers & cheapest gas around.

Very decent stop. Lots of parking and no waiting for showers. Although the showers are quite small. And they have a Denny attached so you can stop to eat a good meal.

Becoming very disappointed with the cleanliness of the facility. Trash cans havent been emptied in days and are overflowing, dloors are dirty, coffee station is nasty, and the shower floors have rounded corners. Gross....and this is what us decent truck srivers have to deal with in addition to people begging for our money in the parking lot.

Pit stop. Fuel was cheaper here than anywhere else between S'port and Longview. The usual fair, drinks, snacks, bathrooms (sometimes clean, sometimes not), casino and Denny's.
