I went to purchase crawfish for my son and I. I was disappointed that the lady employee told me they didn’t have anymore, BUT when a customer came in the line after me the gentleman employee took the time to check for crawfish. To find out there was crawfish and she just didn’t want to look was disappointing. She proceeded to have an attitude when I asked about it. My son and I left and went to Fiery Crab. Still shocked about the customer service I experienced.

Ordered shrimp plate ask for no salt on fries. I was told they did not put salt on fries. Fries was salty. They did not give me plastic ware to eat my food. It was takeout

I had the chicken fingers or strips and shrimp fried rice, and the chicken strip were dry and unseasoned, just nasty the rice was dry and just nasty. I have gone there before for their gumbo, And it was very good. However, I was very disappointed today with my purchase. And I don't recommend chicken strips, unless you are looking for bland food, they were very nasty untasty. No salt, no seasonings nothing. I do not recommend this at all, very disappointing. I called them to tell them that I was very disappointed so was the other lady that ordered this with me. They were very understanding and did offer me something else...but I was at work and could not leave to get something else. But they could have offered an exchange at a later time. ? but they didn't...so I will just take the lost. But I will never go there again. Not even for the gumbo...and even though I was disappointed, doesn't mean that you will be. But I'm not recommending you taking the chance to find out.

From Texas, Visited for team dinner during a volleyball tournament weekend. We were all so excited to try. Place was busy but still accommodated our party of 25+. Food was great, must try the jalapeño poppers, service was great, everyone was friendly.
Call ahead if you want crawfish. I walked in along with other people, asked to be waited then they sold crawfish to the people who came in after without calling ahead. Legitimately forgot about the ones that came in first. It was quite a big group, and myself that got skipped out. I’ve been coming here for years, this makes me not want to come back anymore.

On my vacation to NOLA, this place was absolutely the best local food out of all the places we tried. Went back three times because it was just that good. We ate through a lot of the menu and didn’t find anything that wasn’t amazing. I would drive 16 hours again just for this restaurant.
I order one pound of crab take out. When I got home the crab was over cooked,they were like rubber The seasoning wasn't good.

We ordered our food and waited for our food and the young lady gave the largest part of our order away. WAITED for them to prepare it again and they didn't give us a pound of crawfish. We let them know and wouldn't you know, we had to wait for another 20 minutes AFTER waiting nearly an hour for my first order that was given away. I asked for my money back for the one pound of crawfish and left with what I had... I got all the way home and started to eat and realized my order WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.. BEING THAT I LIVE 35 MINUTES AWAY I JUST SUCKED IT UP ?AND CALLED IT A LOST.. AN EXPENSIVE LOST. THE MANAGER WAS NICE THOUGH..

I did not enjoy the crawfish, the young lady on the register did not ring me for the sauce on the crawfish. And the crawfish plain is bland. The corn and potatoes didn't have any seasoning and the potatoes were hard. We will not be back!!
