Aight. Here we go. Just by walking in I knew what kind of experience this was gonna be. The decor looked tattered and dirty. The atmosphere was damp and poorly lit. You can tell it was the kind of place that the best days were behind them. The food was okay as it seemed like leftovers... but good leftovers to day the least. Big red flag for me was the Styrofoam plates and plastic forks and no Heen666era WTH?!

My family and I have been here a few times. We started eating there over ten years ago and the quality of food, service and atmosphere has dropped considerably ?. Sunday, March 3, 2024 was my last time eating there. The greeter was rude, the server was non existent, the manager/owner ignored us completely, and that was the best part of our visit. The food was actually ok (I've had better) but I liked it. What through me over the top was the nasty, filthy, disgusting ladies room. Did I mention it was nasty, filthy and disgusting ??. We spent too much money there to have service the way we did. I know losing 1 family will not hurt their business but I hope they start to improve.

The Asian guy at the door is very rude and disrespectful including the wait staff! I asked a polite question due to me being pregnant and can only eat certain things without throwing up and the host was very disrespectful, I even offered to purchase a to go plate and he still chose to be disrespectful and rude! The food looked old and cold and NASTY! They make you eat out of Styrofoam plates so that sent a red flag on how the kitchen could be! I don't recommend no one to eat here seems very unhealthy and unsanitary!

Mom likes the many options so I treated her to lunch. But it wasn't a treat at all! I over heard a customer ask her server about the senior discount so I went to the host named BEN to inquire. He said (and i paraphrase) if U don't ask for it U won't get it cuz no business is gonna tell U so they lose money". I was appalled & pissed off but kept my composure. He was so nasty & condescending. He snatched my receipt & credit card from my hand to redo with discount, which by the way was less than $2 difference. I told him he had a nasty attitude & shouldn't handle people that way. He replied & I quote "I DON'T CARE!". I said U should care, it's your job. You must not need to work! I will not be spending another penny at Chopstix & will spread the word about my experience especially to the ppl i've introduced to Chopstix before. Manager BEN needs a lot of attitude adjustment & a little less money. Matter of fact he should stay his a$$ home & away from the public!

I hope they read this, the food has no taste crayfish salty omg ,also the front desk person is quick to sit you down and the server is very very quick to bring you your ticket ?/bill I don't like to be rush when I'm spending money my money plus you not giving me the food for free I'm paying for it.

The food is incredibly oily. I went at the peak of lunch, and they weren't putting out fresh food, so most things were cold or soggy. Also, the hot bars could really use some vegetables; most of the food is meat or carbs.
