Piss poor service , employees are not focused on customer service ! Walking around like they are lost .waited at drive through for 15 minutes then I drove around.been waiting 25 minutes food not ready .this is a disgrace to customer service !!!!

I stay on Terry Parkway, ( Tarrytown ) I went in today ( November 26) the lobby was empty and the manager took her own time to get to me while I watched the lil lady scooping dirty rice in containers right in front of me on the front counter, the manager forgot my pepper, so I had to go back for that, the chicken wasn't fried on the right temperature, so it was soggy and very blend no flavor at all, ( no salt at all) I normally pass by this place to go to Popeyes, I really don't know how this place still exists, it's Just Horrible and I'm so sorry because I love Churches Chicken when fried right !!!!!!!!
If you really want something to eat, This is not the best place to eat,out/or inn, very unprofessional, and waited for almost an hour to get my order and that too wasn't right
