Went into this store after shopping at the Hong Kong Market, what a convenient location! I got a grilled pork banh mi and am avocado bubble tea. There is no indoor seating; everything is taken to-go. My bubble tea was very thick and I think that's fairly standard for avocado but this was my first time having it. It was delicious. My banh mi was simple and filling, glad I tried it. Both items were prepared very quickly and the staff was nice.

Absolutely delicious! I had only had Banh mi in Cali from a place all my Vietnamese friends recommended. Tried a few places here and this is the Only place i go to now to get Banh Mi sammies and bubble tea! I love their coconut bubble tea with tapioca! **Only thing is they no longer have seating to dine in. (JAN 2023) I don't know if thats temporary but id check before planning to eat there vs just picking up.**

Love this place! Staff are very friendly, and it's a very convenient location, the smoothies are always very smooth and everything just works with each other. I usually get a couple sandwiches and a smoothie and it's always precisely consistent! It's silky, buttery, but not greasy! I recommend this place if you just want something to eat while you watch a movie, or it's just a hot day and your feeling a little piggish.

Honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten in a long time. Bubble tea was great as well. Only doing fours stars cause I feel like the sandwich could be packed a little more, I feel like they skimped a bit on the meat but my whole meal was like ten dollars so for what it was I would definitely come back. I was surprised by how good the bread was, perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. I rarely write reviews but this was great.
