At first I was upset they closed the location near my house but this(Terry parkway) location is 1000 times better as far as service , speed and accuracy. Ms. Terrell and her team are so welcoming. And the food is always great. ? definitely recommend this location.

Were happy to take my order and payment for delivery. The "manager" said after over an hour my delivery was on its way... after calling back again 1.5 hours into my order he becomes RUDE AND THEN STARTS TO BLAME ME!!! AS IS I RECEIVED THE ORDER. REFUSED TO REFUND MY ORDER. WILL BE CALLING TONORROW

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. What a circus this place is. If you do order via their app, they don't make the food so it is not there when you arrive to pick it up. You are trapped and have to wait because you have already paid for it. Don't EVER try to call them because no one will answer...EVER. Run to any other pizza place. Pizza Hut is over-priced and awful.

We have purchased pizza from this store on any occasions and have always enjoyed it.This time it was 100% bad, from the pizza itself to the customer service.The pizza we received was cold, hard and dried out.Placed the order at 5:53pm then received a notification that it would be ready at 6:10pm and picked it up at 6:15pm.Called and got placed on hold for like forever so we went back to the store and returned the pizza.Nothing was said when we returned it but the refund will be on returned to your card.

The worst customer service ever. Cashier was sitting outside in her car getting high. Finally she came inside after another employee had to retrieve her from her car that was parked directly in front the store. Never washed her hands and was extremely upset when asked to do so. Never get my pizza delivered on time, they delivered to the wrong house and then was the wrong thing. Tonight I waited 2 hours with still no pizza. Called in an hour after waiting, all they can say is it's coming. They use Door Dash delivery drivers, no way to know who or where they are. Manager is nice, but at the end of the day this business shouldn't still be open, you don't have drivers, you don't get pizzas delivered to customers, it's just horrible. Never have had a good experience.
