I ordered burger with wings invited my friends and the wait was about a 1hour the server smelled like marijuana and old cigarettes,I glanced in the back as I walking out and seen them making plates without gloves ,I'm pretty sure the server didn't wash her hands either totally

I don’t really know how the food is. I have been currently waiting for 1 and a half hrs for food. As we’ve been waiting, 3 people walked out. One walked out without paying. I’m 23yrs old, I’ve never left a review in my life. This is by far, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t blame the servers. They did their best. But when you’re not capable of actually serving the amount of patrons you have in your restaurant, close the doors or turn down some customers to make sure it doesn’t take 3hrs to get your food out.

I'll give a 3 because first time we were here great service guess because it was 4 people in the establishment. The burger and wings were excellent. This was days after Valentines Day. Returned 2 weeks later and OMG entered at 5:15 pm its 6:30 still no food..it's Sunday and I'm so embarrassed I told everyone about this place and we came and it's a BUST!!

Stayed at hotel, service was terrible. Burgers over cooked, pasta tasted like it was made in stagnant water. Shrimp was tough.4 people with usOrder classis burger and fries(burger burnt, fries over seasoned with seasoning salt)Two orders chicken alfredo. One Order delivered 20 minutes after the burger. The other order we cancelled because it was still going to be a while.Quesadilla was OK, not worth the money. Refills were non-existent.Avoid

I was a little reluctant to try this place since it had negative reviews but I'm really happy I did. I ordered the burger and it was delicious along with the fries that had an awesome spice to them.I know some people will say you can't mess up a burger and fries but I have been to plenty of "Burger joints" that didnt taste this good. While they are short staffed she was handling things very well being the manager, cook, server, and bartender and her attitude with all the stress of that was amazing. I have worked in the food industry for years and have seen servers who can't handle 1 tbl. This lady did an amazing job and I'll be back to try something else. Sorry the pic was after I started eating haha!

I'd say this place was hot garbage, but the food wasn't even warm. How do you screw up a chicken quesadilla? Serious question. non-rhetorical. basically a whole chicken breast placed on top of a bed of un-melted cheese and wilted cabbage. Was cut into two massive, inedible pieces.

There was one waitress serving customers, tending the bar, and handling everything up front. She did tell us that it would be a 30 minute wait which we didn't think was too bad. HOWEVER, I assume there was only one cook because what was supposed to be a 30 min wait turned into an hour wait just for an appetizer, then another 20 minutes to receive our overcooked food and my order was wrong. We will not recommend this place nor will we return.

Not enough employees plain and simple. If you dont have enough people to work you should not be open. I could not even get a drink. I waited 2 hours and ended up drinking a some of friends beer. If you see one person serving, making drinks and running back into the kitchen walk the other way.

While staying at the holiday in. I decided to stop here and grab a bite to eat and a drink.i placed my order within 5 minutes of sitting and the bartender went off to wait for other customers. After 20 minutes and no cocktail, i waved for the waiter and told her I'd like my drink for here. She apologized and made the weakest 12 dollar margarita I've ever had. Nothing but syrup..... after 30 min my food finally came. The mozzarella sticks were cold, hard and no marinara, fries were cold....almost as if they were from someone else's plate. The burger, however, was very tasty. I don't recommend this place if you have other options

Got a fish and shrimp platter with extra shrimp. The fish was good but everything else was inedible. The shrimp were terribly overcooked. I'm super disappointed I wasted money here.
