I go to this location often as it's close to where I work. I always order using the app; sometimes I go to the drive-thru for pickup, sometimes I go in, depending on the drive-thru line. The staff does a great job at getting orders done quickly. They're friendly and, if I have to wait a minute or two when I go in, they always apologize. It's so refreshing to go to a place where the people are pleasant, do a great job with smiles on their faces and get the orders done quickly. I appreciate all that they do, and wish the one closest to where I live was even half as good as this one!! Keep up the great work, and I'll - and I'm sure many others - will keep ordering there!!! We kept seeing Smoothie Kings all over town. There is even a Smoothie King dome next to the Caesar's Super Dome. Since it is a local regional chain we don't have back home, my boyfriend and I decided to grab a much needed healthy beverage after all of the heavy unhealthy food we've been eating. This location of Smoothie King seems super convenient. Decent parking spaces. They even have a drive thru or you can order in advance and pick up your drink at the fridge they have for pick up orders in front. There are also a few seats and small tables inside. Since we were not familiar with their menu, we decided to go inside to check it out. My eyes immediately went to the healthy "Be Well" section to search for something with spinach or kale. My body missed vegetables. I was in the air between the Apple Kiwi or the Lemon Ginger Spinach. Same pricing in that section. I ultimately decided on the Apple Kiwi Kale ($6.79/small) which has organic kale, bananas, apple juice, kiwi apple juice blend, and electrolyte blend. And good thing I asked about their sizes. Since we were sharing I was going to get a medium but then we found out that their small is already 20 oz, so we went with the small. The medium is 32 oz and the large is 40 oz. The drink was light and refreshing. I could feel the kale enter my body and replenish its' need for veggies. This is no joke the healthiest thing I had during my vacation. It was nice to check out a local chain and give my body a healthy boost. Would consider coming back when I am in an area with a Smoothie King.

Went here a couple times since moving to the area and so far my smoothie has been a record breaking perfect 7/7 times i went there. Usually at smoothie king especially the ones in nola area you get a decent drink every other time you go there. I always get vanilla hulk and they always seem to add too much of something too many bananas too much protein powder etc etc. Not at this location. So far so good

They say “that’s how they make it”. Honestly I never drank no *watery* smoothie from smoothie king before. I guess this location likes to gaslight their customers instead of just remaking the smoothie or giving them their refund. Keep in mind the girl with black hair told me “You wanted it thick right?” Well yes but if this is thick then what’s with all that extra juice or water..? Also my stomach hurts drinking the first 4 sips. Can we please stop making customers nauseous due to not remaking it please.
Picked this one over the one on gen degaulle and lately the service has been EXTREMELY slow!!! Not sure what happened (maybe new staff or new management) but everytime I come now the line is backed up almost to Walgreens next door and the staff have to come out with the laptop. Waiting in line I feel like I'm waiting on a train.
