Food was okay, but the company charged my card 2 times and refusing to give my money back. One manager said I’ll have it back the next day and the next day that manager told me while I was sitting down at the bank on speakerphone telling me that it’s the banks fault all while the bank associate is telling me that there are 2 blatant charges on my card. I have to contest both charges to get my money back. The bank as told me the same thing over and over but 2 separate managers from the same location are telling me 2 separate thing. Sounds to me like if one company is giving 2 different stories then it’s on the people that can’t get their stories correct. Very poor management at this location.

Had a good atmosphere & the staff were very nice and attentive. I ordered the spaghetti w/ meatballs & Italian sausage.I was taken back because it was served with angel hair pasta or very thin spaghetti & the sauce was too sweet for my liking.Overall, the experience was nice. I wouldn't mind coming back trying other dishes...

I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. The bread was delicious, and the chicken was well seasoned. The only small issue I had was the sauce was a lil sweeter than I expected, and a lil more cheese was needed. I would order again though. Tasty!

First time eating here, food was Very good and prices fair. Many took food home due to quantities. Highly recommend if you like Italian style.
The service was excellent. Waitress anticipated our needs before we could ask.The food was so delicious. Definitely recommend eating here.Parking: Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Had handicap ramp by the handicap parking spots. Easy to move around restaurant if handicapped.

Had never tried this place but hear many good things. The food was as good but not what I expected. Manicotti was on the menu which not many places still have in the menu. The Manicotti was stuffed shells. Very disappointing, had a Artichoke appetizer and it was very dry.

Do you send it back, and hope they can make something else?Do you Let it pass as one bad meal and give it another try?First impressions mean so much...The atmosphere was welcoming, and I enjoyed the music, But...How do you have meals that look this good and yet the Fettuccine Alfredo tasted that bad? I can't even say it tasted Bad, because first it has to have Flavor. I would have gotten more flavor out of an Alfredo frozen dinner from Walmart. Thank God I ordered a glass of wine to wash what I ate down.Maybe your other meals are good, but they need to take that Alfredo recipe, throw it away and pick another.
