I have a hearing disability. Struggled to hear the lady. The machine has a sign that says if you have a hearing disability pull up to the next window to order. So I did that and Amanda m. Made me drive all the way back around. Just to attempt to order again.. her and her manager definitely irritated my morning.

the people working is very rude! disgusting to say the least. i made it clear on my order that i wanted a baja blast freeze 2 of them. and first off they gave us 1 baja blast drink, we asked nicely saying they were supposed to be 2 baja blast freezes , then they make them and one of the workers comes out to say “next time specify which one u want” as to that we simply said we did and she comes back wit “ well i was hearing it the whole time”. as we said again well we also know what we said and we said that we did. as to that they closed the window on us mid sentence. the girl had a bad attitude it was disgusting. if i could give them a 0 i would have. it was gross and i never want to come back.they also wrapped and made our food horribly.
