Had an awful experience in the drive thru today. There was a tall girl with long braids at the window she had no name tag and she was so rude and cussing at the window. She didn't listen when I told her what condiments I wanted in the bag gave me an attitude and cussed when I told her I had a coupon. She also ignored me when I asked for mayonnaise. She does not need to work there if she hates her job that bad. Will not be coming back to this location.

Unfortunately this location has habitually been one of the worst locations in the area. The food is frequently cold, the service is only good with a few select experienced managers, and the store randomly closes when they can't find workers... I hope it gets better.

Went drive thru ordered my food, got to next window with only 1 person behind me, was told I could not add FROSTIES to my order because she was the only person working. The car behind had to pull over to wait for their food! This totally ridiculous, how hard is it to pour a Frosty??I also did not get a receipt!!☹️?

I went to this Wendy's because the other location did not have the pretzel bun. They were very nice and even gave me an extra little plate for my son's fries. Also, the worker gave him a little book or cards to read.
