I got a boneless 10 piece wing and I don’t know where to start the wings where so big I was scared to eat it I swear they where like the size of my boyfriend hands this is not chicken!!! I don’t know what they putting in it but I refuse to eat here every again this place is so trash from the food to the service I ending up throwing them away boneless wings are not suppose to be the size of someone fist like ewwwww don’t not eat here I repeat DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!

I pay 50$ for wings and onion rings and ask for Buffalo sauce and honey mustard… didn’t got no sauce and the chicken wings and onions was horrible And the price is ridiculous !!

Service is Trash! Don't acknowledge you waiting at the counter with the exception of pick up drivers. I couldn't speak to the food because after I asked if walk in drivers were going to continue picking up, he said, "I'm the only one that can take your order". I left - first you're in the back - where I can see you on your phone chatting with another worker and then no greeting.I never beg anyone to take my money.Service is everything to me especially when I am pay.Do better

for starters… area is already ghetto. second of all, the workers are inattentive and hard to communicate with. THEY TRIED TO SCAM US!!! we ordered a five peace tender a 10 piece wing and another 10 piece wing. when we checked our bag it only had our three fries and the five piece tender. When i went to the counter they said two minutes for our actual order and when i went after two minutes they asked again what was wrong. the workers in the kitchen were laughing and smirking at us and gave rude looks when bringing out our food . after trying the food, it was overrated and not at all what it seemed to be. do not go there. try a different location.

This is incredibly ghetto, the cashiers don't notify you of inconveniences with your orders and are very passive aggressive. Working in fast food is hard but this is just another level of "Get out of here I just want to go home" type of establishment. Please reconsider locations.

First let's start with the Soggy fries overcooked burnt second when they finish with my order and put it in the bag they let it sit there for 5 minutes and I'll watch the ladies that was at the counter was talking about everything but Wingstop one said how her daughter wanted lashes and she told her I'll get you mascara to make them look longer the other one was dancing because she didn't have to come to work tomorrow because of a visitor I'm guessing up a management this place is ghetto almost 30 bucks for bad service bad food I can't believe it someone needs to be there who's professional who's going to let you see your food before you take it I trusted them to give me great food and when I got home and took the sticker off this bag I could have passed out one star all around the board

Food isn't terrible as it's a franchise and you can't ruin it terribly but the laziness in the restaurant is very apparent. Service is the usual and ambience is terrible. They have a very cool design but they don't actually attempt to clean anything. This is literally after they mopped right before we entered which is the craziest part to me and it was on every side of the restaurant and under every table. What scares me is this is what restaurants hide from customers and keep in the kitchen. Well they don't even try to hide it, can't imagine how the kitchen looks. If they got health inspected, god forbid, they would fail. Improvements could be made but I get it, were in a employee shortage.

Placed on hold for over 10 mins after answering the phone giggling and seemingly having conversation with someone in store. I placed an Uber eats order from same store location my driver canceled said she was involved in an attempted robbery so I looked to call and order by phone for pick up and was greeted with unprofessional actions

I have to give credit where it's due. Ordered today on postmates (3/22) and not only was my entire order correct, it was still hot and fresh by the time I got it. Everything was cooked well and not soggy or over cooked. It was seasoned good. Got large cajun corn and triple meal deal which has 6 classic, 6 boneless and 2 tenders with large fries. I chose lemon pepper for classic, hot honey rub for boneless and the meltdown for the tenders. Tenders were nice and crispy. Wings could've been crispier but that's my fault since I forgot to ask for well done. Everything was good though in terms of flavor. I don't really like their fries too much so I can't say much about those. They're pretty basic. And I love the cajun corn! It's flavorful and I'd definitely get that over the fries. Gotta get some of their ranch to go with everything. It's a perfect dip. Overall, shoutout to the crew working when I ordered (3/22) about 3:30PM for having my order packed correctly and and food cooked on time and done well. I had wingstop here in the past and wasn't impressed but today redeemed that visit.

I drive for an online food delivery service. I had 2 orders to pick up at 10:30 pm on 2/28/2023 One order was ready and placed on the counter while I was sitting at a table waiting for the other order. All bags are sealed with tape for safety before being delivered to the customer. Another customer in the store tears the bag open and starts removing food before realizing this was not her order. The girl behind the counter tried to put it back in the bag and have me deliver to my customer. When I refused and demanded a new order she refused to make another order. I had to call the customer to inform him so he could cancel his order. I would not trust this place for online food orders.
