I was disappointed across the spectrum. Service slow, took 10 minutes after being seated to have drink order taken. Food quality was not good. Chicken sandwich was extremely dry and boneless wings were overcooked. Waiter (luke) forgot to submit an order as takeout.Bathrooms are filthy. Has new management taken over this location?

They have all you can eat. Only problem is they never bring any additional servings. The waitress just disappeared and never came back for at least 20 minutes and it was not busy.

7pm Saturday night not busy. Likely because of holiday shopping. The food was great. We got the steak and shrimp special. It came out quick and tasted great. Service was good. We didn’t have to wait to be seated.

It's Applebee's so not very much is expected. We ordered our food online for pick up, some items weren't as shown on the menu so that was a bit of a let down. When we arrived to pick up our food, we ended up waiting about 10 minutes for it after having already been waiting in the car for about 10 prior.

I went last night the 17th . My appetizer was very salty " the nachos " . My pasta with honey tenders had no seasoning at all ! The noodles were very chewy , the tenders were ok . My boyfriend and brother ordered the steak platter with shrimp and oh how can i say this , what they fixed came back to them . service A1 restaurant and food THUMBS DOWN . ill never come back.
